  3, responsibilities
  The operator of the hydraulic press shall operate according to the operating procedures, and the workshop leader and the team leader shall be responsible for the supervision and inspection.
  4, operation procedures
  1) operators should be familiar with the performance and structure of hydraulic press. After training, the certificate will be operated.
  2) during the running of the machine, no parts of the body are allowed to move into the working space of the movable crossbeam. The tools must be used for loading and unloading the workpiece.
  3) operators should wear personal protective equipment before they can be switched on.
  4) before the start of the inspection, to point action, check the hydraulic machine function is normal, if there is a problem, should be dealt with immediately, in order to start:
  1 check the oil pipes, manifold blocks, oil valves, oil tanks and other parts whether there is oil leakage;
  2 whether there is a significant decline in the activities of the beam, the location is correct?;
  3 photoelectric switches, emergency stop switch is flexible work;
  4 is there any noise in the oil press?;
  5 does the tank show sufficient hydraulic fluid?;
  6 check whether the cylinder piston is loose and the surface is lubricated with grease.
  6) two or more people need to cooperate with each other, we must open the front and rear operation switch, and equipped with the corresponding two hand operation switch and emergency stop switch.
  7) do not exceed the maximum stroke of the movable beam (that is, less than the minimum height enclosed by the hydraulic press).
  8) when the load is full, the maximum allowable eccentric load of the concentrated load is 50MM, and the overload shall not exceed overload and exceed the maximum eccentricity.
  9) overhaul the mold must stop, and support the use of wood pieces, such as moving beams.
  10) all pressure regulating valves and stroke switches shall be adjusted by special tools and special personnel.
  11) the cooling system must be opened before starting to ensure that the oil temperature is not more than 60 degrees.
  12) during the work should pay close attention to the hydraulic machine, there is no exception, the machine may not work.
  13) the die should be closed before stopping, then stop the oil pump and turn off the power supply.
  14) after the work, we must clean the machine tools, clean the site, and fill out the equipment daily maintenance card.
